Refund policy
Returns:
Any and all items bought from TekBoss can be returned for store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.
Returning a new item:
If the item was bought new and returned new in box, we can refund the full value for store credit.
If the item was bought new and returned used, we charge a 20% fee with addition charges for excessive wear and tear if excessive wear and tear is present.
Returning a used item:
All used items have a 10% fee with addition charges for excessive wear and tear if excessive wear and tear is present.
Warranty claims:
TekBoss MotorSports is a certified waranty repair center for GoTrax and Mototec products.
Any item that we sell from those manufactured needs to have a warranty claim filed with them before we can service it. Here are links for both.
