Tires wear out. A standard 8.5x2" pavement tread tire with tube will last 400 to 600 miles more aggressive tread will reduce that millage.

A standard tread 8.5x2" semi solid tire will last 200 to 400 miles. They will need to be replaced yearly but never having a flat is pretty nice.

Most tire/tube replacements we do are from tube punchers vs tire wear causing tube damage. #1 cause of this is tire pressure, check them once a week will save you a lot of popped tubes.

Standard non hub motor tire/tube removal and install has an average quote of 30 minutes + cost of the tire/tube on a 8.5x2" tire size. This quote is based on the wheel being brought in to use vs us needing to remove and reinstall the wheel from the scooter here.

Semi solid tires add an additional 15 minutes of labor per tire. They need to be boiled in water and installed while hot, very HOT!

This one can vary wildly depending on the type of scooter and type of hub motor. tire/tube removal and install has an average quote of 45 minutes up to 90 minutes + cost of the tire/tube with some scooters. This quote is based on the wheel being brought in to use vs us needing to remove and reinstall the wheel from the scooter here.

As you ride and use the cable brakes it will cause wear on the pads. as the pads wear the brake lever must move a greater distance in order to make the ever-shrinking pads have contact against the brake disk.

To adjust this the caliper needs to be removed, more pad pushed in and then caliper reinstalled and shimmed correctly between the brake disk and furthest point of the pads.

We quote 30 minutes for a single caliper or 45 minutes for both.

For heavier and /or faster scooters more stopping power is needed. That is delivered with hydraulic brakes vs cable brakes. Hydraulic brakes are AWESOME! Very little maintenance required vs cables style and massive amount of stopping power. If you are a heavier ridder or plan on pulling a wagon, consider upgrading to hydraulic brakes.

For a standard bleed and push new fluid we quote 45 minutes per caliper or 60 minutes for 2.

Custom work is on a job-by-job basis, adding something as simple as a extra headlight can be as low and 30 minutes and we have had customers ask for full RGB under glow with a phone charging phone mount, larger battery pack wired in and more. Those jobs can take up to several hours.
