Returns & Warranty

Warranty claims:

TekBoss MotorSports is a certified warranty repair center for GoTrax, Mototec, Uberscoot and Turboant products.

All new products we sell will come with its manufacture waranty. Each manufacture is different but they will range from 3 months up to 24 months. These warranties or typically for parts only. If you bought the item from us we are more than happy to repair it but first a warranty claim must be filed with the manufactory and labor for the repairs must be paid for.

Returns:

Any and all items bought from TekBoss can be returned for store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.

Returning a new item:

If the item was bought new and returned new in box, we can refund the full value for store credit.

If the item was bought new and returned used, we charge a 20% fee with addition charges for excessive wear and tear if excessive wear and tear is present.

Returning a used item:

All used items have a 10% fee with addition charges for excessive wear and tear if excessive wear and tear is present.
